Robert Baker is a Partner in our U.S. Consumer Goods & Retail practice who joined Roland Berger in 2022. He is an expert in sustainable growth and transformative change in the consumer products industry.
Robert's primary focus is on revenue growth management, pricing and organizational effectiveness across sales and marketing. His recent consulting work includes the implementation of an enterprise grade customer planning and analytics platform for a global food company and a successful revenue growth management re-platforming effort for a multinational consumer brand portfolio.
He brings more than 30 years of operational management and consulting experience to Roland Berger. He spent nearly two decades in leadership roles at multiple CP companies before leaving the industry and launching a successful consulting career.
Robert earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Robert lives with his wife in Florida and Arizona.
